ArrowTour Vice Chiefs and Team Leads were elected at the National Planning Meeting to facilitate the 2014 programs, and they are as follows:
Tom Ward: ArrowTour Program - Central Region
Tom Ward is the section chief of C-5B and is a Vigil Honor member from Overland Park, KS. He is a member of Tamegonit Lodge 147 of the Heart of America Council. Tom has attended NOAC, SOS, and NLS. He attends Kansas State University where he is majoring in park management and conservation.
Brant Porter: ArrowTour Program - Northeast Region
Brant Porter is the section chief of NE-6B and is a Vigil Honor member from Wyomissing, PA. He is a member of Kittatinny Lodge 5 of the Hawk Mountain Council. Brant has attended NOAC, NLS, and the 2013 Jamboree. He attends Penn State University where he is majoring in Biology.
Hunter Brown: ArrowTour Program - Southern Region
Hunter Brown is the section chief SR2-3N and is a Vigil Honor member from Bullard, TX. He is a member of Tejas Lodge 72 of the East Texas Area Council. Hunter has attended NOAC and SOS. He attends Bishop T.K. Gorman Catholic High School.
Kelsey Files: ArrowTour Program - Western Region
Kelsey Files is the section chief from W-6W and is a Vigil Honor member from Tempe, AZ. He is a member of Wipala Wiki Lodge 432 of the Grand Canyon Council. Kelsey has attended NLS, NOAC, Indian Summer and the 2013 Jamboree. He attends Arizona State University where he is majoring in Economics.

Kyle Raffensperger: ArrowTour Staff - Northeast Region
Kyle Raffensperger is the section chief of NE-6A and is a Vigil Honor member from Lessburg, VA. He is a member of Amangamek Wipit Lodge 470 of the National Capital Area Council.
