The Admonition Team seeks to give you a place to belong with your fellow Arrowmen at NOAC 2024 by building community and making an impact for Scouts.
Stop by the community spaces at NOAC and meet Arrowmen with similar experiences from all across the nation. NOAC 2024 will feature four different community spaces: ArrowPride, Women in Scouting, Scouts with Disabilities, and Scouts of Color. Each community space will be fully staffed with Scouts and Scouters excited to connect, allowing you to meet some of the OA’s diverse leadership and members while participating in fun activities. The Admonition team wants these places to serve as an area where you can feel included and valued.

In addition to the community spaces, the Admonition Team is planning a variety of events and programs throughout the week. These programs will include training, panels, and leadership discussions. The team is offering training to build a diverse Scouting community, advising and supporting youth, and other topics centered around diversity, equity, and inclusion. Workshops on topics like how to be equitable and inclusive learners are planned, too. NOAC will have panels on finance, religion, and autism in Scouting, as well as leadership panels like the ArrowPride National Leadership Panel, including National Vice Chief John Andrew Segebarth and National Director Cortland Bolles!
The Admonition Team will also feature different kinds of swag, such as neckerchiefs, stickers, wristbands, and more. This year, the Admonition Team will be based out of the Eaton Hall and the green spaces around the building. Not only will the team have community spaces and training, but the team has also planned Lunch and Learn sessions to educate Arrowmen about the specifics of each diverse community space represented at NOAC. The team’s goal at NOAC is to educate and inspire Arrowmen to love one another! We hope to see you there!
