Q. Hello Ray,
In our Lodge Journey to Excellence, does lodge member attendance at national events (such as NOAC) mean just contingent Arrowmen, or contingent plus staff Arrowmen?

Thanks,
Doug

A. Hello Doug,
All lodge members attending, whether members of a lodge contingent or those serving on staff, count toward the lodge's attendance at section and national events. Note in the amplifying instructions of the Journey to Excellence program that attendance at an OA high adventure program can be counted toward the total reported as well.

Thanks,
Ray
