Q. How do you become a section chief and then national chief or any other national positions?
A. Usually, Sections elect their chief from amongst the Arrowmen assembled at the Annual Section Conclave. The election for section office follows a process probably similar to how Arrowmen are elected at the lodge level.
As an officer of your lodge, you will be asked to participate in your section conclave, and if there is a council of chiefs meeting, there, you will meet the other fellows who are leading your section.
The main requirements to become a National Officer is first to do a really good job as a Section Chief and then to gain the approval of your Scout Executive to run
