Q. Ray,

More than a few of our lodge members will be completing their Arrowman Service Award requirements at NOAC and at ArrowTour. Is there any chance that there could be a designated place/time for folks to turn in their completed “scorecard” and receive their sash patch? Maybe there could be a way for each lodge to turn in a bundle of scorecards and pick up the corresponding number of sash patches?

Regards,

Brent

A. Brent,

Your question included an excellent suggestion! Thank you. I have relayed the idea to our NOAC 2015 and ArrowTour planning teams. We are able to have patches available at NOAC for the lodge adviser or staff adviser to order and collect. Unfortunately, the logistics of ArrowTour make it not possible to offer the patches. Please note that because the lodge leadership is ultimately responsible for validating that the award has been completed, we will not be able to offer the patches to individuals. In any case, the Arrowman Service Award order form must be completed by your lodge’s leadership in order to administer appropriate billing.

Ray

Corrections and Amplifications
The ASA Patches will be available at NOAC or through the national office. An earlier version incorrectly stated that the patches would be available at ArrowTour.
