Two special opportunities exist for lodges as we draw closer and closer to NOAC 2015. With an expected attendance of 10,000 Arrowmen, a lot of recruitment among local lodges will be needed. Here are the two major recruitment challenges:

100 PLUS CLUB: This is the first time that this feature has ever been offered for a NOAC, and represents a valuable part of the Centennial Challenge. This club is reserved for a group of lodges that decide to set a goal that is realistic and attainable. Lodges that bring 100 or more of their members to NOAC 2015 will be specially recognized for their accomplishment during the conference. They must also meet the basic criteria for the Centennial Challenge. Several lodges are already considering a commitment of 100 or more participants!

For lodges that might not have the resources to be qualify for the 100 Plus Club, there is an equally valuable group that we will also recognize at NOAC 2015:

CHIEF'S CIRCLE: This is another NOAC first with two options for qualification. Lodges will qualify for this recognition if they…

  1. Double their lodge attendance from NOAC 2012

OR

  1. Bring 15% of your lodge's re-chartered membership for the 2015 year.

Both the 100 Plus Club and the Chief's Circle designations are options that are intended to challenge many of our lodges to increase their participation at NOAC 2015. If your lodge would like to set the additional goal of being in either group, please have the lodge adviser or lodge chief contact your Centennial Guide to discuss these opportunities so we can track your progress toward the big centennial celebration! See you at Michigan State University.
