Lodge Ledger: New information announced for NOAC 2015 registration

Calling all Arrowmen! Contingent registration for NOAC 2015 will open on August 1st, 2014.

Lodges will be sent an information packet with detailed instructions on how to register at the end of May 2014. Once this info packet arrives, lodges will have necessary information leading up to the registration opening date.

All registration steps will be managed through the National OA Event Registration System at http://registration.oa-bsa.org for those responsible for registration. Registration will not open until August 1, 2014.

Upon initiating a contingent registration, lodges will be asked to identify the following items.

Contingent leadership contact information
Number of youth attending
Number of adults attending

After approval by the council's Scout Executive and then the national OA office, the council will be directly billed a $100 per person participant deposit.

Be sure to register your contingent as soon as possible after August 1st so you can receive information from the registration staff and be in the loop about important NOAC and 100th anniversary updates and deadlines.
