Meet Your 2026 Jamboree Vice Chief's

  Jake Harmon             Operation Arrow 2026

At the 2026 National Planning Meeting in Dallas, Texas, youth leaders from across the country came together to build the leadership team that will drive Operation Arrow at the 2026 National Jamboree. Operation Arrow will be overseen by National Chief Joshua Nero and National Vice Chief Emma Wright, with more than 350 Arrowmen forming the backbone of the operation. A dedicated group of Jamboree Vice Chiefs will support this team, helping manage and lead key aspects of the program. The operation will deliver support through several major initiatives, including OA Legacy Experience, Service Corps, Summit Circle Experience, OA Rendezvous, Communications, and OA Staff Services. Through these efforts, Operation Arrow will play a central role in serving the jamboree, reinforcing the Order of the Arrow’s commitment to leadership and service while reaching Scouts from around the globe. The following youth leaders have been chosen to serve as Jamboree Vice Chiefs and help guide Operation Arrow throughout the 2026 National Jamboree:

Samuel Shrock — OA Staff Services JVC

"I am looking forward to providing a space where Operation Arrow staff members can relax and recharge after cheerfully serving the National Jamboree. Having a place to play board games by the Chat & Chew, or to sing karaoke, we want to make sure our staff is being well supported as a thank you for their service. This year we will also be expanding our services to all youth staff members, giving us a great opportunity to showcase the brotherhood of our Order to all Scouts staffing this year's Jamboree. Lastly, I look forward to being together with Scouts from all over the country as we enjoy each other's company."
