Where can lodge or section leadership find the 2021 Performance Measurement Program Requirements?

The Lodge PMP Requirements are located on the National Order of the Arrow website as well as incorporated into the Re-Charter Wizard of OA LodgeMaster. Lodges can use the OALM wizard to show where their lodge is along the trajectory of the 2021 Lodge PMP requirements.

- How can this help my lodge?

The ten primary and secondary objectives are designed to give lodges and sections targets to aim for. These guideposts have been shown to be very effective in helping a lodge to thrive and become a High Performing Lodge. Using these targets, and armed with the knowledge of their performance last year, lodge leaders can better identify the areas of emphasis that could positively benefit their program. This quantifies the amazing work that you are doing in your lodge!

- What goes into my PMP Report?

The data on the 2021 Lodge PMP is drawn from a lodge’s data in OA LodgeMaster and is part of the Re-charter Wizard in OLAM that is submitted annually between November 1 and December 31.

- Has anything changed from last year?

This year’s high-performance measures remain largely the same as the 2020 levels, while the thrive measures take into account national results from the 2020 Lodge PMP program outcomes.

-What is the purpose of PMP?

The goal is to help 25% of our lodges across the country achieve High Performing Lodge status, 50% of the lodges to achieve Thriving Lodge status, and identify the remaining 25% lodges that need assistance in delivering a superior OA program in their council.
