The prime objective of the 1991 National Planning Meeting was to plan the 1992 NOAC. Sean Cox, Semialachee Lodge, Tallahassee, Florida was elected National Chief. Blair Dickens of Caddo Lodge, Shreveport, Louisiana was elected National Vice Chief. Blair had previously been appointed to fulfill the responsibilities of South Central Region Chief.

Region Chiefs elected were: Sean Oldroyd – Northeast Region, Doug Ferguson – Southeast Region, Charlie Taylor – East Central Region, Jody Baird – South Central Region, Ray Ridgway – North Central Region and Mark Wimmer – Western Region.

In addition, a number of new members were appointed to the National committee.
