The annual end of year National Planning Meeting of section chiefs was held in Westlake, Texas (Dallas Area).  Jonathan Hillis from Tonkawa Lodge, Austin Texas was elected national chief and Dan Dick from Wulapeju Lodge, Rockford, Illinois was elected vice chief.  Region Chiefs elected were Dwayne Fontenette – Southern Region, Travis Cunningham – Northeast Region, Collin Huerter – Central Region and Joseph Garcia – Western Region.

Instead of planning a single national event, the section chiefs were challenged to plan both SummitCorps and Indian Summer.
