The Section Chiefs gathered together in Texas for the annual National Planning Meeting in December 1995. The most significant purpose for this meeting was to plan the OA’s involvement at the 1997 National Scout Jamboree.

A highlight of the meeting was the national officer elections. Chris Rogers of Tichora Lodge, Whitewater, Wisconsin was elected National Chief. Josh Sain of Wa-Hi-Nasa Lodge, Manchester, Tennessee was elected National Vice Chief.

Region Chiefs elected were: Jason Accola – Central Region, Joe Barton – Northeast Region, Jason Peoples – Southern Region and Josh Souza – Western Region.
