Through this session, you will:
Explain: Through this session you will be able to create a meaningful Brotherhood experience but you must begin the process at the end of the Candidate’s Ordeal
Demonstrate: You want to demonstrate the ways you can motivate the Ordeal members during the ten-month period and keep them active to Brotherhood.
Guide: You are guiding them how to get the ordeal member to be active in the lodge. You want the candidates to be active in the lodge and to interface with their former Elangomat who may now be their Nimat.
Enable: You enable them to help the Ordeal member, learn more about our Order, and obtain Brotherhood, increase retention and develop future leaders through the Nimat program.
