This session will help delegates identify the purpose of an Order of the Arrow section, understand JTE as a barometer of lodge performance, and identify key JTE metrics of importance for the Order of the Arrow nationally. Additionally, it will help delegates understand the importance of the lodge, section and national levels of the Order of the Arrow working together to reverse our national negative JTE trends and identify the Link program as a new strategic initiative to provide lodges with the tools and training necessary to reverse the aforementioned trends.
