Application Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain all NCC application systems, including forms, databases, and tracking tools
  • Review incoming applications for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with role requirements
  • Coordinate with team leads and Key 4 leadership to route applications for evaluation and selection
  • Communicate with applicants regarding status updates, next steps, and decisions
  • Maintain organized records of applicant data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
  • Monitor application pipeline metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Support onboarding efforts by ensuring accepted applicants are properly transitioned to the Member Experience team
  • Assist in developing and refining application questions, evaluation criteria, and selection workflows
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, including youth protection and data privacy standards

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear and professional written communication skills
  • Experience with data management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Forms, or similar systems)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Familiarity with NCC structure, teams, and workflows preferred
  • Prior experience in recruiting, onboarding, or membership management is a plus
