Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all NCC application systems, including forms, databases, and tracking tools
- Review incoming applications for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with role requirements
- Coordinate with team leads and Key 4 leadership to route applications for evaluation and selection
- Communicate with applicants regarding status updates, next steps, and decisions
- Maintain organized records of applicant data, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
- Monitor application pipeline metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Support onboarding efforts by ensuring accepted applicants are properly transitioned to the Member Experience team
- Assist in developing and refining application questions, evaluation criteria, and selection workflows
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, including youth protection and data privacy standards
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and professional written communication skills
- Experience with data management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Forms, or similar systems)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Familiarity with NCC structure, teams, and workflows preferred
- Prior experience in recruiting, onboarding, or membership management is a plus
