Engagement Content Manager

As an Engagement Content Manager, you will serve as a member of the Content Team. You will plan and oversee the creation of interactive content such as story posts for the OA’s social media, working with other teams to create and deliver it. This includes keeping up with trends, researching new tools and ideas, and ensuring engagement content is accessible on all intended platforms. Additionally, you will oversee the creation and delivery of social media posts through collaboration with other teams.

Applicants for this position should have previously served in a communications role, either in Scouting or in a similar capacity at another organization. Additionally they should be familiar with the OA brand or be willing to learn about it, have basic organizational skills, and have strong oral and written communication skills.
