Impact Team Lead

The Impact Team Lead serves as the leader of the Impact Team. In this capacity they directly oversee the tracking and collection of various analytics, ensure collected data is used to create recommendations to other teams, and create quarterly plans for the tracking and reporting of that quarter’s impact. 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with their team leadership and team members to directly support the mission and goals of the Impact Team.
  • Determines the day-to-day and long-term direction of the team. 
  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and approval process of all Impact Team projects.
  • Planning should be completed on a quarterly basis, reported at the Team Leadership Meeting. 
  • Ensures all data is accurately collected and used to generate recommendations about content to other teams. 
  • Delegates tasks to ensure timely completion of Impact Team projects. 
  • As needed, assumes the roles of and responsibilities of the Impact Team Deputy Lead or of one of the various team members.
    • Note: This should be a last-resort option dependent on deadlines, ability to delegate, and discussion with team leadership and advisers.
  • Schedules all team meetings.
  • Represents the team at all team leadership and pillar meetings.
  • Meets with team leadership and advisers at least once a month.
  • Reports to the Identity Pillar leadership and meets with them at least once a month.

Qualifications:

  • Has an understanding of all platforms the OA uses for communications, and how to gather data from them.
  • Possesses excellent organizational, delegation, and follow-up skills
  • Possesses thorough oral and written communications skills. 
  • Previous experience on the NCC Impact Team is recommended, but not required.
