The Local Support Resource Specialist serves as a member of the Local Support Team. In this capacity, they are expected to participate in the development of local support work for the NCC and they are expected to help facilitate the creation of resources and deliverables that support lodges in marketing themselves and sharing the lodge’s message. The role of the Local Support Resource Specialist is to: Collaborate with team leadership to further activities of the Local Support Team. Complete duties assigned by the Team Lead and Deputy Team Lead, designed to focus on resource creation, streamlining, and maintenance. Maintain a standard of quality that allows local support resources to stand out in terms of their quality. Attend and participate in all team meetings.
