The Order of the Arrow's National Publications Team is seeking qualified individuals to serve as a Publications Graphic Designer. These individuals create layout design for large-scale publications that will be seen by a broad audience of National OA & Scouting America Leadership. Designers must unerstand the OA's voice, tone, and visual identity in all projects. All work must be representative of the OA's branding and goals. This role requires clear communication and ability to work in an asynchronous environment. Designers will gain experience in high-standard creative projects, akin to a professional design firm, and will be able to learn skills that can be applied in the professional world.

Adobe InDesign & Illustrator proficency is required for this role. Role responsibilities and assignments vary on a project-by-project basis, and avalibility of designers.
