As a Short-form Content Manager, you will serve as a member of the Content Team. You will directly plan and film short-form content, working with other teams to oversee its delivery. This includes writing scripts and planning filming of the content, but also an ability to quickly create content in order to keep up with any trends. Additionally, you will oversee the creation and delivery of social media posts through collaboration with other teams.
Applicants for this position should have previously served in a communications role, either in Scouting or in a similar capacity at another organization. Additionally they should be familiar with the OA brand or be willing to learn about it, have basic organizational skills, and have strong oral and written communication skills. A background/ experience in or willingness to learn the creation of short-form content is desirable.
