The social media expert researches and advises on content creation for major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. They monitor platofrm updates, tools, and algorithm changes and provide guidance on how these factors should inform posting strategies and engagement efforts. In collaboration with other teams, they will deliver strategic, data-informed feedback on content performance and advise on effective use of platform tools, formats, timing, captions, and overall content optimization to improve reach and visibility.
