The Workflow Management Team, part of National OA Communications, focuses on efficiency and ensures smooth coordination across the 150-person organization by monitoring team workflows and submitting recommendations. The team manages reporting tools and analyzes Asana workflow and team data to recommend improvements. Additionally, the team oversees OA Communications’ three-year goals, which are aligned with the OA Business Plan, ensuring teams stay on track. In this role, team members expand their knowledge of project management systems and gain real-world experience working with a diverse team.

As a nonprofit organization that prioritizes youth leadership, the Order of the Arrow relies on a dedicated team of both youth and adult volunteers to ensure the successful operation of its programs.
