Registration for the 2027 National Order of the Arrow Conference is now open. Arrowmen can attend with their lodge contingent, join the astounding NOAC staff, or register as an individual participant (21+).
From July 26–31, 2027, over eight thousand Arrowmen from across the country will gather at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign for a week of fellowship, learning, new adventure, and breathtaking shows. NOAC 2027 is happy to introduce new experiences like The Grid (for STEM, makers, and creators) and Service at Scale (large-scale community and humanitarian projects), Learning Tracks (for personalized program navigation), Lodge Link (for peer networking and best practice sharing), and The Induction Experience (focused on strengthening the induction journey), plus 150+ programming opportunities for delegates to enjoy.
This is Our Time. Will you help write the next chapter of the Order of the Arrow?
Lodge leaders: your Arrowmen are looking to you to make NOAC possible. Here's where to start:
Name your contingent leader now. Early identification of who's driving recruitment makes or breaks a strong contingent.
Make the ask personal. A direct, personal invitation to an Arrowman consistently beats a social media or newsletter promotion. Talk to your Arrowmen face to face about attending.
Register early to lock in the discounted rate. The discounted rate of $675 is available through January 29, 2027 (standard rate is $750, with more refund flexibility). Registering early also secures your contingent's place at the conference.
Know your ratios. Aim for a 3:1 youth-to-adult ratio; the minimum requirement is one adult per 15 youth. Plan your adult recruitment alongside your youth recruitment.
Flag financial barriers early. Lodges are encouraged to have scholarship programs to support Arrowmen with financial barriers. Don't let cost be the reason an Arrowman can’t attend.
Start budgeting now. Factor in travel (shuttle costs from O'Hare or Indianapolis to campus), local gear/swag, or any contingent specific trips.
Don't wait until the spring. Adult Program Participants (18–21) and Adults (21+) will need current Safeguarding Youth Training, and all Arrowmen will need their Annual Health and Medical Record (Parts A–C) uploaded in advance of the conference.
