Did you know that you could invite one of the national OA youth officers to your section or lodge events? You can submit your request by clicking here. The request form is also available on the OA website in the Forms section under Resources. Having a national officer visit your event is certain to be a highlight for event attendees as much as it is for the officer.
All requests for national OA youth officers will be submitted through this request form for review and approval. There will be no arrangements for youth officers approved outside of this request process. Invitations for youth officers will not be considered approved until the inviting party receives an official email from the national director or appropriate region chair indicating that invitation approval.
Travel and event fees associated with inviting and hosting a national youth officer are expected to be covered by the inviting party. Additional information regarding travel arrangements, Youth Protection, and other details will be shared upon approval.
We request you submit an invitation for only one individual at a time to attend your event; our goal is to ensure OA leadership can reach as many members as possible. Unfortunately, some requests cannot be approved. If your request for OA leadership is denied, you are welcome to submit follow-up requests for other members of OA leadership. Typically, requests are reviewed for approval in the order of event date, not necessarily order of request submission.
