OAHA Foreman Program

Foreman Applications

Interested in becoming a Foreman or know someone who would be a good fit? View more information on applying or nominating someone to become a Foreman!

Foreman in Training

The Order of the Arrow Summit Experience Foreman in Training (OASE FIT) program is a seven-day, six-night experience designed for young adults in the Order of the Arrow (ages 18-20) to assist in leading a weeklong OA High Adventure (OAHA) experience at the Summit Bechtel Reserve. Working alongside two on-staff foremen, FIT participants will gain firsthand experience in staff leadership, helping to facilitate essential program elements while immersing themselves in the role of a Summit staff member.

Informational Webinars

Two, one-hour Zoom webinars for prospective foremen will be held on October 1, 2025 and October 8, 2025 at 8:00 p.m. Central Time. All Arrowmen considering foreman service at any base are welcome. During the webinars, you will hear from 2025 National Vice Chief Ben Jones and members of the OA High Adventure Program leadership as well as some great alumni foremen in small group settings (Zoom breakouts).
