SLS Session 05: Embracing Change


This session provides leaders with the mindset and tools needed to champion transformational change in alignment with the Order of the Arrow's 2025-2027 Business Plan, while addressing common barriers through discussions and group activities. Participants gain practical skills to drive positive evolution, recognizing that adaptability is key to strengthening lodges in a changing Scouting landscape.

  • Identify and address barriers to change within lodges.
