The Section Leadership Seminar (SLS) is available and encouraged for all Arrowmen, both youth and adult, to attend. The SLS serves as an opportunity to deepen Scouts' understanding of Scouting’s national honor society and build the connection across other lodges within the section. Whether honing skills to serve as chapter and lodge leaders or learning a new skill, this training will allow Scouts to feel equipped when fulfilling meaningful roles. Youth Arrowmen gain confidence, leadership skills, and mentorship while program-eligible and adult participants receive insight into some of the best ways to support the youth within the program.

To view the most recent SLS sessions, please visit the Syllabi page. With the exception of the opening and closing sessions, the remaining sessions can be given in any order and are ordered on the syllabi page for ease-of-display only.
SLS Patches
The national office does not sell SLS patches. If a patch is desired, sections are responsible for designing/ordering. The generic design may be used by a section for designing its own patch. For your convenience, Scouting America maintains a listing of Scouting America's licensed providers.
