Partner Overview and Information
Partners are the foundation of the Thrive team. Everyone who is on Thrive, from those who interact with the lodges to those in leadership are Thrive Partners. Our partners work tirelessly to ensure that the Thrive program is the best it can be and that we come from all walks of life in the Order of the Arrow. Our team is made up of current and former lodge officers, to former national officers and committee members, thus ensuring many experiences and viewpoints are available to help lodges in the program. All are welcome to be members.
Our OA Thrive Engagement Partners work directly with local lodges to provide personalized coaching and ongoing support tailored to each lodge’s unique needs. They serve as trusted mentors, helping lodges implement best practices, strengthen leadership, and improve overall program delivery. Through regular communication and collaboration, Engagement Partners play a vital role in ensuring the success and sustainability of the OA Thrive initiative at the grassroots level.
Our OA Thrive Support Partners play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring lodges and Engagement Partners have the tools, resources, and information they need to succeed. They help coordinate communication, track progress, and troubleshoot challenges that may arise during the program. By maintaining a strong foundation of logistical and administrative support, Support Partners help keep the OA Thrive initiative running smoothly and effectively behind the scenes.
