HOW DOES THRIVE WORK?
- We’ll spend some time getting to know both you, and your lodge. We’ll deep dive into the challenges your lodge is facing as well as identify your strong areas of success!
- Together, we’ll craft an inspiring promise and define specific and measurable results that we will achieve, as well as a bold possibility– inspiring future for your lodge, with one foot in reality and the other in possibility.
- We’ll engage in an in-depth atmosphere centered around personalized coaching to enable you and your team to overcome obstacles, break boundaries, and challenge assumptions.
- Finally, we’ll use the newly founded implementation plan, guided by your promise and possibility to launch a roadmap to ensure the achievement of high performing status for your lodge.
WHO’S INVOLVED?
We’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels of your lodge, allowing for both cross collaboration as well as youth to youth coaching and adult mentorship. Together, we’ll develop a working team of individuals who are crucial to the success of your lodge, and partner together to catalyze positive momentum.
Our Thrive partners consist of highly qualified, passionate Arrowmen who have served at various levels of the organization, ranging from lodge leaders to national officers. Each individual is hand-picked to support lodge leaders in creating a breakthrough experience.
