How to Apply

To apply to join Thrive, click the "Request an Engagement" button on the right side of the screen to fill out the form so that a member of our team will reach out. We also operate on target lodges, which are lodges that Thrive has identified as benefiting the most from going through the program, and reach out to them.

What to Expect

It can seem daunting for your lodge to undergo a new program, so here are a few things to expect.

  1. Thrive is a coaching and consulting program; it is NOT national telling your lodge what to do. Our partners come from all walks of life and leadership experiences in the OA, and will work to help guide you on identifying problems and how to problem-solve.
  2. The program runs during a typical academic year. The first part of the phase is October-December, where the partners get to know you and your lodge. The second part of the phase runs January-April/May, where the partners work with you to implement targeted change and problem-solving skills that the lodge can also use in future situations.
  3. While the engagement happens online, we encourage the entire lodge to get involved. From current and upcoming leadership, we want the work you do with Thrive to last even after the engagement is over. That involves getting many diverse perspectives and people involved; whether it is a seasoned lodge chief/adviser or a new arrowman wanting to help out.
