What is Thrive?
Thrive is national’s consulting team for lodges to identify areas of improvement in the lodge and coach them through problem-solving.
What is a Thrive Engagement?
A Thrive Engagement is the team that interacts and works with the lodge during the wave. Engagements follow along the academic year for the most part, with a break during December to split the two phases.
What is a Thrive Partner?
A Thrive Partner is anyone who works with Thrive to consult with the lodges. This includes our partners who actively engage with lodges and those who work behind the scenes.
Why should a lodge join Thrive?
Lodges should join Thrive because it can help with the areas a lodge wants to improve. This is for both big and small lodges, high-performing and those that don’t reach Thriving on PMP. There are always areas of improvement or challenges that want to be tackled, but not necessarily know how to go about it or get started, and that is where we come in.
How does Thrive help lodges?
Thrive helps lodges by teaching them how to identify areas of improvement and coaching them through the improvements. Lodges can take the skills they learn here and apply them elsewhere.
Is this for struggling lodges?
No. This is for any lodge that needs help with issues they face.
How do I get involved with Thrive?
You can get involved in Thrive by talking to your lodge leadership and encouraging them to sign up to go through. Interested in being a partner? You can apply through our listing on the volunteer board.
